Q. What are my options at the end of the contract?

A. This depends on the type of contract taken but usually you can either hand the car back, extend the contract, or purchase the vehicle from the funding company.

Q. Can I terminate the contract early if I want to?

A. Yes. You may terminate the contract at any time before the due date but this may incur penalties. Contact Prospectus Vehicle Solutions Ltd to request an early termination quotation.

Q. Where do I take the vehicle for servicing?

A. To a nominated garage local to you. Vehicles must be serviced by an authorised agent for the specific make of car using OE parts, if not, you may invalidate your warranty.

Q. What happens if I exceed my contract mileage?

A. You will be charged an excess charge based on a pence per mile, this varies from car to car. The excess mileage charge will be sent to you in the
form of an invoice at the end of the contract.

Q. What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

A. A driver's pack is provided with every vehicle which explains fully how to treat every type of vehicle breakdown.
If the vehicle is covered on a non maintenance contract, breakdowns are normally covered by the manufacturer for the first year, but on a fully maintained contract the vehicle would be supplied with full roadside assistance
for the full term. Other types of contract vary, but will be covered in the first year by the manufacturer.

Q. Who Supplies the vehicles?

A. All our vehicles are supplied through the relevant vehicle manufacturers UK dealer network

Q. Can you supply to Northern Ireland

A. Yes we can, but the vehicle must be sourced and registered in Northern Ireland.
Q. Do vehicles have a warranty?

A. Yes, all our vehicles come with the full UK manufacturers warranty.

Q. Is maintenance included?

A. Maintenance is an optional cost and includes all routine servicing, tyres, brakes, exhaust, battery and labour.

Q. Is delivery included?


A. We offer free UK mainland delivery.

Q. How long is the lease period?

A. Our contracts range from 18 to 60 months depending on the vehicle and contract chosen.

Q. What is the initial deposit?

A. Whilst a minimum one payment in advance is available, Normally an initial deposit of 3 monthly payments is required. Larger deposits can be used to reduce the monthly payment.

Q. Will the contract include Road Fund Licence?

A. Yes, for 12 months.then dependant on the type of Contract.

Q. Can I change the mileage on the contract?

A. Where circumstances change and your predicted mileage is no longer realistic , rescheduling the mileage can be agreed on both contract hire and personal contract hire agreements.

Q. Is car insurance included in the contract?

A. No our contracts do not include insurance, you have to arrange your own fully comprehensive insurance on the vehicle. Please click our insurance products for a quote.
