MOT’s to be reinstated from 1st August 2020.
You may be aware the Government has announced that mandatory MOT tests for cars, motorcycles and vans over 3 years old, in England, Scotland and Wales will be reinstated from August 1.

Vehicles due to have an MOT before 1st August will still receive a six-month exemption.

Previously, cars and light commercials were granted a six-month exemption from MOT testing in March, to help slow the spread of Covid19.

As the lockdown is eased, all cars, motorcycles or vans due a MOT test from August 1, now will be required to get a test certificate.

Lease vehicles.
This will apply to all personal and business vehicles including Lease vehicles.
